The destructive endogenous economic war in Venezuela.

What is happening economically within the families that integrate Venezuelan economically vulnerable society, mainly in family groups that have economic income on the piece or families with a single income from the current minimum minimum salary of 40,000 Bs and that for some reason do not receive bonds of socio-economic protection of the Venezuelan State, it is really worrying and desperate; since, due to a manifest neglect of the public bodies administering the sanction laws of the criminal conduct of the producer, distributor and merchant of food, medicine and other items of mass basic consumption, at all levels of the commercial chain, that lack of governing authority of the company, which is notorious and communicational public; it allows the Factual Power formed by the potent anti-patriot oligarchy that conspires daily against the revolutionary process, supported by its cooperators located in all strata of society, including civilians and military camouflaged in the revolutionary process, which use that power public to knead fortune goods at the expense of the criminal sacrifice of the unprotected people; all this anti-country caterva, “Pescan en río rio” taking advantage of government distraction, defending itself from the brutal aggression against national security in relation to independence and sovereignty, as the Venezuelan homeland is being subjected to a fierce and outlaw "V generation economic war" led by the neo-liberal capitalist imperial government of the United States, the European Union, the IMF, the World Bank, with the close cooperation of rulers cipayos of ultra-right-wing fascist ideology.

In Ciudad Guayana Caroní Municipality and the rest of the Bolívar State and quite possibly in the rest of the national territory, the authorities responsible by law to supervise and punish those who economically detract from the people, public entities such as: State Government, City Hall, Edilicia Chamber , Regional Legislative Council, SUNDEE, Public Ministry, Office of the Ombudsman, Bolivarian Militia and the various police forces; all these negligent public entities and the SENIAT, desidious, apathetic (Laissez fire - They let do, let pass), to the Factual Power producer, distributor and trader, who acts as he wants; to that bourgeois camouflaged conspirator and his used cooperators; because daily they increase disproportionately the cost of food, medicines and other items of mass basic consumption; that without respecting the laws that govern the market, they take as an economic meter the “Outlaw Missile DÓLAR TODAY”, as a reference indicator to daily inflate 100, 200 and up to 300% the value of the merchandise sold with cash, because if it is canceled with a debit card or other form of electronic payment, the cost of the product is doubled, therefore a merchandise that on Monday cost 3,000 Bs, the next day costs 6,000 Bs or more; inexplicably; those disproportionate increases in the cost of merchandise in manufacturing manufactured products and those of artisanal production (which does not have a registered trademark (Patent), nor sanitary control, nor pay taxes of any nature), many of those products sold on the street in conditions Unhealthy sanitary ware, and an important percentage are made with raw material subsidized by the revolutionary State, also agricultural and livestock products are disproportionately increased.

All this commercial war develops vilely attacking the humble people, fundamentally people who do not have economic resources, they hardly consume a daily meal with very little protein value, that malnutrition has long been affecting the children, teenagers and people of the third Age; in spite of the effort that the Pdte makes. Nicolás Maduro almost monthly grants subsidy bonds, through the homeland platform. Gob.ve and other social protection programs, aimed at economically shoveling the needs of the vulnerable family nucleus, has also been increasing the urban minimum wage almost quarterly, has also proceeded to apply exchange rate policies to devalue or reevaluate the currency and created the Committees of Food and Production (CLAP) to distribute boxes or combos with food content; process that is executed in some municipalities biweekly or monthly; but that in a good part of the municipalities in the different regions of the country, it takes up to three months to receive the benefit of the CLAP box or combo which contains only 12 products that reach 15 kilograms in total, motivated by various procedural reasons of a bureaucratic nature, due to insufficient food products in the national market or by the criminal economic blockade imposed by the outlaw Pdte. from the US Donald Trump and his cooperating business partners; all this state economic policy executed by the Pdte. Nicolás Maduro oriented to give a palliative of protection to the economically very vulnerable people; it is annulled by the regional and municipal governmental inaction led by almost 90%, by supposedly socialist revolutionary leaders, by not vigorously exercising state governance, applying according to the law, sanctions to those who abruptly plunder the family budget.

This very effective strategy of asymmetric economic warfare applied by the rulers of the US capitalist empire and its endogenous cooperators (national bourgeoisie and the V column camouflaged in the revolutionary government) which are cooperating co-workers of the criminal outlaw government of Donald Trump; attacking the humble Venezuelan people with impunity, who impotently many people, without measuring the serious and undesirable consequences, claim daily that the outlaw government of the United States chaired by orate Donald Trump and his gang of war criminals State Secretaries or Ministers, with your Colombian partners and other Latin American right-wing presidents, intervene militarily to our Venezuelan homeland; the strategy of asymmetric economic war detractor that today they apply to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, pursues the macabre end of provoking a civil war; but until now the brave, peaceful and very beaten Venezuelan people stoically has endured the serious economic ruin to which it has been subjected; but that patience and extreme peaceful behavior of the humble people and the professional social classes, in coming electoral processes, could repeat the behavior they assumed in the electoral process of 2015, when they came massively to vote to elect a good part of the leadership as parliamentarians ultra right-wing pro-Yankee coup and if there were no fraudulent abnormalities in the next electoral process to elect Deputies and Deputies, he could again vote for this stateless Cipaya pro-Yankee leadership; which, as has already been demonstrated, would use all political power to depose government power to the Pdte. Nicolás Maduro; since today when as an alternative social communicator, I almost daily consult the opinion of the beaten, relative people, in their responses they state that they are willing to vote against the socialist revolutionary process and the Pdte. Nicolás Maduro, since for that humble economically ruined and moderately manipulated people, they see themselves as solely responsible for their dire socio-economic situation, it is the Pdte. Mature
The attitude of a good part of the governing authorities is so desidious that they must be guarantors of the ethical conduct of society and the security of state assets, that in hospitals and outpatient health care centers, with complicity of its medical, nursing or administrative staff, many of the medicines and other products destined for the curative care of diseases and surgical interventions, are blatantly removed from the health care centers or pharmacies of the State and sold at the head of those intitutions at exorbitant prices charged in dollars or bolivars; when the product is reviewed to see its origin, it is observed that in their referential writings, they state that they are products assigned to the health service dispensing centers for free distribution, many of these medical products are from China, Russia, Turkey and other friendly countries with the legitimate and sovereign government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; the ineptitude of the authorities that contribute with the imperial enemy in the development of the endogenous asymmetric economic war is such that criminal merchants publicly sell and buy dollars to the consuming people, they give themselves the money to charge the cost of the merchandise in dollars, violating blatantly and with impunity the laws that protect the Bolivar as a national currency.
