The socio-political and economic communal debate emerging within grassroots organizations in the Venezuela

It is incredible to witness what is unfolding in the dialectical communal debate. The Venezuelan people—diverse in their ideologies—are reacting to recent geo-economic and geopolitical events that are, in some way, affecting peace and harmony in communal life. This shift has been underway since January 3, 2026, when the outlaw and pedophile U.S. President Donald Trump—along with his collaborators anchored in the bourgeois "Trojan Horse" (comprising FEDECAMARAS, FEDEINDUSTRIA, and CONSECOMERCIO)—acted. These socio-economic and political organizations have historically controlled the country's economy; they are managed, administered, and led by multi-millionaires—both domestic and foreign—who own the private industrial sector, real estate, and daily commercial activity across all levels and sectors, as well as a large percentage of services in health, education, culture, transport, food, and banking. All this must be viewed through the lens of the economically vulnerable individual's understanding and vision regarding the benefits that the Venezuelan socialist State—as outlined in Articles 1, 2, 21, 80, 86, 89, 112, 299, and 302 of the Constitution (CRBV)—ought to guarantee. These benefits are intended to make social, educational, health, and nutritional protections truly visible and tangible for the economically vulnerable population within the national plan for social care, health, education, and economic self-development.

At the various meetings, workshops, courses, and community activities attended by economically vulnerable citizens to discuss the hardships and precarious conditions affecting them, grassroots socialist leaders consistently claim that the reason state institutions—such as ministries, state governments, and municipal governments—fail to allocate the necessary funds to the social spokespersons of the Communal Councils (which make up the Communes), and the reason the central government lacks the resources to meet the needs of the economically vulnerable, is that the rogue U.S. government—through the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)—has blocked the Venezuelan economy across all sectors of commercial and economic development. This blockade targets the oil industry (the flagship sector for generating the foreign currency needed for domestic and international trade) as well as the trade of various other industrial goods produced, exported, and imported to bolster the Gross Domestic Product (GDP); all such economic activity is blocked and sabotaged by rogue U.S. rulers. The aim is to obstruct the international economic activity the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela maintains with BRICS+ nations, thereby avoiding economic extortion through the exorbitant tariffs imposed by the OFAC—an agency controlled by those same rogue U.S. rulers.
Faced with this long-standing economic situation affecting the economically vulnerable Venezuelan population, grassroots communal leaders propose that one way to overcome the socio-economic crisis is to achieve self-sufficiency through artisanal and community-based agricultural and livestock production, establishing organizations that facilitate continuous, interactive productive and commercial activity.
