It is incredible what is being generated in the communal dialectical debate. The ideologically diverse Venezuelan people, in the wake of recent geoeconomic and geopolitical events that are somehow affecting peace and harmony in communal life, have been experiencing a profound shift since January 3, 2026, when the outlaw pedophile President... From the USA, Donald Trump, with his collaborators anchored in the bourgeois Trojan Horse made up of: FEDECAMARAS, FEDEINDUSTRIA and CONSECOMERCIO, socio-economic and political organizations, which have historically controlled the country's economy, since these organizations are managed, administered and directed by multi-millionaire people in national and foreign monetary wealth, who own the private industrial park, the real estate sector, the daily commercial activity at all its levels and sectors, a high percentage of the health, education, culture, transport, food and banking services; in such a way that in light of the understanding and vision that the human being with great economic vulnerability has, on the benefit that according to what is stated in the content of the CRBV in its articles 1, 2, 21, 80, 86, 89, 112, 299, 302 ejudem; The Venezuelan socialist state should guarantee, in order to make truly visible and tangible, the social, educational, health, and food protection that the economically vulnerable population should have within the national plan for social assistance, health, education, and economic self-development.

When attending the various meetings, workshops, courses, and other community activities where economically vulnerable people gather to discuss and debate the shortages and precarious conditions affecting them, one always hears the popular socialist leadership say that the reason the State institutions with legal responsibility, such as the various Ministries, Governor's Offices, and Mayor's Offices, do not allocate the economic resources required by the social spokespeople who make up the Community Councils that form the Communes, and the reason the central government lacks the economic resources to meet the demands of the economically vulnerable people, is because the rogue US government, through the Office of Foreign Affairs Control (OFAC), has blocked the Venezuelan economy at all levels of its commercial and economic development, including the oil industry, the flagship product for generating the foreign currency needed for national and international trade, as well as for the rest of the trade in the various industrial sectors produced in the country and exported. And the products imported to strengthen the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) are all blocked and sabotaged by the corrupt US government. This is done to impede the international economic activity that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela maintains with the BRICS PLUS countries, so as not to be economically extorted by the exorbitant tariffs imposed by the OFAC, controlled by the corrupt US government.

Given the aforementioned economic situation, which has been affecting the country for several years, the community-based social leadership living alongside the economically vulnerable Venezuelan people proposes that one way to overcome the socio-economic crisis is to become self-sustaining through artisanal and community-based agricultural production, establishing organizations that allow for continuous and interactive productive and commercial activity.
