COVID 19 and comunal preventive neglect.

It is really worrying for those of us who live in communities and urban areas where the economically weak social class coexists, in the geographical space of the Bolivarian State; specifically in the Caroní Municipality, specifically in the residential sectors of the Unare Parish; that in these difficult times of great family economic deprivation and now to avoid contagion with the fatal corona virus, we must permanently maintain strict quarantine in our homes, complying with the protocol established by the WHO and decreed by our President. Constitutional Court of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros; But unfortunately, a large part of people of all ages refuse to obey the health recommendations that are issued daily by all public and private media, aimed at ensuring that humanity rigorously assumes the mandatory use of protective face masks. respiratory tract and other relevant preventive health recommendations.

The great concern of residents living in the popular sectors is that in many of these residential spaces, there are no Barrio Adentro modules for emergent medical care and if they do exist, a good part of those modules where ambulatory health is attended, do not work adequately 24 hours a day and the few health care centers that exist in the residential sectors located in Unare Parish, are not properly equipped for medical and medical personnel to attend the health emergency that is now generated by the rapid expansion of the dangerous VOVID 19 pandemic.

What I comment is attested, since I reside in the popular urbanism Riberas del Caroní I and II, in the so-called "Atlantic Axis" of the populous Unare Parish, located west of Puerto Ordaz; This urbanism borders the "El Llanito" and "Villa Bahía" neighborhoods, the Urbanizations: Villa Batania, Sierra Parima, Villa Upata and along the Avenida Atlántico west sector, other large urbanizations are located; In all this geographic residential area, approximately four hundred thousand people reside and in this entire geographic area there is only one Functionally Inside Neighborhood Module in the Point and Circle called "CARONOCO" that is not properly equipped to attend the emergency that may be generated by a pandemic COVID 19 and which is also located very distant from the other residential sectors; Since the prevention measures to avoid contagion with corona virus began, only a simulation of fumigation was carried out in the "Los Bloques" sector, specifically in the building where a PSUV Deputy of the CLER resides, surnamed Caldera; that is known in the rest of that great human conglomerate, no fumigation has been done, nor have tests been applied to detect the possible existence of COVID 19; At the suggestion of the "SOMOS VENEZUELA" spokesperson of the CLAP "COMBATIENTE FABRICIO OJEDA", which operates in the Urb. Riberas del Caroní sector II, a survey was carried out almost four months ago to detect that people could be vulnerable to corona contamination virus; The medical commission that carried out the survey, promised that within a month at the latest, it would return to carry out the tests to detect if there was pandemic contamination, but to date this sanitary activity has not been carried out.

Three days ago, two people have died in our urban development "Riberas del Caroní - I", sector II, due to respiratory failure; that according to the medical opinion given to one of the decuyus, he did not die from the corona virus and the GNB surname Altuve, the real cause of his death is still unknown; But our neighbors are very alarmed because they believe that our urbanism is contaminated with COVID 19; therefore, the socio-political organization CLAP "COMBATIENTE FABRICIO OJEDA" is suggesting to the competent health authorities that they go to our town planning as soon as possible to fumigate and apply the respective pandemic screening tests
