Dear readers,
I published the content of this article three months ago; however, a motion for impeachment was recently filed with the U.S. Congress, demanding that members of Congress declare and decree the removal of the President. Donald Trump, supposedly mentally disabled due to senile dementia as stated in the IA "the debate on the mental and physical capacity of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, as well as the requests for his removal under arguments of incapacity or by way of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment, have been manifested at different times of his term by legislators, critics and sectors of the opposition"; this means that I was not so wrong when I opined on the mental capacity of the leaders of the United States in the last decades, since from 2015 to the present date, they have elected as Presidents of the USA, Republican or Democratic political leaders who suffer from mental abnormalities, since the very advanced age of the selected politicians generates senile dementia; Apparently, the magnates who finance the electoral campaign induce the Republican or Democratic political leadership to select very elderly candidates for President of the United States, who, lacking excellent mental health, are easy to manipulate and use for their very ambitious economic and mercantile plans.
I should mention that historically, the countries located on the American continent, from the Rio Grande to Argentine Patagonia, have always been threatened or intervened upon by the geopolitics and geoeconomics that the rogue rulers of the USA have wished and wish to impose, in most cases with the approval or subservient acceptance of the right-wing or ultra-right-wing political and ideological leadership aligned with mercantile capitalism, led by the political leadership that activates, through financing, the direction and coordination of governmental political actions, most of them controlled by the US embassies or consulates located in those nations. The ruling political leadership, or those aspiring to conquer such power in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, are ideologically right-wing capitalist in tendency. When the people, weary of so much ignominy or neglect in solving the socio-economic problems that affect them daily in their educational, economic, cultural, and social activities, which directly or indirectly impact their adequate development of a sustainable life anchored in: the assertive source of fixed or piece-rate employment, carried out to acquire the economic resources required for their education, food, acquisition of decent housing (own or rented), adequate public or private transportation, electricity service, drinking water, collective urban cleaning, drainage of sewage, paving of sidewalks, streets, and avenues with their respective construction of curbs and gutters, adequate spaces for sports recreation and cultural activity, and assertive communal socio-political sharing; In short, these are the immense needs that must be planned, directed, coordinated, executed, and satisfactorily addressed by the socio-political leadership at the community, parish, municipal, regional, and national levels; whether this leadership is now called progressive or the traditional right-wing leadership with its particularistic, mercantilist tendencies that only strives to achieve its own personal socio-economic development or benefit, without regard for the hardships suffered by those who, for whatever reason, have not achieved self-sufficiency and a sustainable life. These people, according to the provisions of the Constitution that governs the country and the respective organic or special laws that regulate the proper economic, productive, educational, social, geographic, and cultural activity of a nation, require assertive attention from the political leadership that they democratically and sovereignly elected for this purpose of governance.
Therefore, this sovereign and independent people, who freely elected their political leadership, whether of progressive leftist or right-wing capitalist ideology, must not accept that any foreign political leader dictates how they should execute their governance plan, since the nation they are to govern is not a colony of any other country. Consequently, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Charter of the United Nations and based on the provisions of the Magna Carta and the respective organic laws that regulate the legal activity of each country, which define and describe how the ruler of each nation should assume the form of governing and administering the country, it is not the senile or
