Respetables lectoras y lectores.

Es realmente impresionante y muy preocupante lo que ocurre hoy en buena parte de los países que existen en el actual mundo socio productivo, a nivel político, jurídico, social, económico, educativo, cultural y educacional, cuando la carencia de la ética y la moral prima en la actitud conductual del ser humano; es sorprendente como se valoriza más el comportamiento egocéntrico orientado a la tenencia y apropiación de bienes – capitales; esa antiquísima conducta de la humanidad, siempre ha inducido al ser humano que por sus innatas condiciones bio-psico-sociles, se considere superior y tenga la tendencia a fortalecerse económicamente esclavizando a su semejante, solo con el propósito de amasar rápida y fácil fortuna a costa del sacrificio ajeno, como históricamente es bien conocido, todas las destructivas guerras, se han originado porque la clase social que se considera “Superior”, se ha empeñado en aplicar inaceptables criterios ideológicos económicos políticos, a la clase social que considera inferior; es lógico que esa clase social que sufre la opresión, se organice conducida por un liderazgo asertivo, a objeto de unirse y luchar para defenderse de la conducta oprobiosa impuesta mediante la aplicación de humillantes acciones dominantes, utilizando el ilegal castigo en sus diversas e inimaginables formas de violación del derecho que tiene el ser humano a existir en sana paz y armonía con su semejante; para lograr sus propósitos de intimidación aplican: (Torturas, extorsiones, mentiras, calumnias, chantajes, descalificaciones, persecuciones, sabotajes, ilegales bloqueos económicos, intimidación, secuestro, ultraje, injusta retención o prisión, coacción, acoso, robo, asesinatos y otras inimaginables actitudes perversas); toda esta andanada de criminales conductas utilizadas por la clase social que se cree “Superior”, se orientan a lograr el “abrupto miedo” a fin de atemorizar a la clase social con debilidad económica productiva y acondicionarla para que acepte sin pretexto, el atroz neo esclavismo y el neo colonialismo.

Es común oír en el vocablo popular decir “El dinero afloja todo tipo de tuerca por dura que este atornillada”, ello quiere significar que como dice otro refrán popular “Por rial baila el mono”, o sea que según la opinión de quienes emiten estos criterios, la ética y la moral están limitadas por el deseo personal de adquirir con el menor costo posible, fáciles bienes de fortuna; por tanto quien se atreva a entorpecer o controlar esa anti ética e inmoral conducta, sufrirá todo el castigo que sea necesario aplicar para reducirlo y acondicionarlo a que acepte sin pretexto esa imposición conceptual esclavista; pero además, toda persona que demuestra a través del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, tener una aprovechable memoria e inteligencia y muy aceptables e innatas condiciones de liderazgo, es rápidamente captada por los compradores de talentos humanos, utilizando las más atractivas estrategias de motivación psicológica y económica, para lograr a través de la manipulación mediática comunicacional, que ese excepcional ser humano, se convierta en una mercancía útil a sus propósitos de fortalecer sus bienes fortunas que ha logrado obtener, expoliando y explotando los valores bio-psico-sociales, educativos y culturales.

Por todas estas razones y otras que se me escapan, es que se han desarrollado a lo largo de la historia o en el transcurrir del tiempo, las temibles guerras independentistas entre oprimidos y opresores; por supuesto el ser humano oprimido tiene que ser muy imaginativo, disciplinado y educativamente muy bien capacitado con un muy bien arraigado sentir patriótico, para lograr superar y vencer a corto, mediano y largo plazo, al potentado capitalista imperial agresor; el cual utiliza parte de su gran condición económica para comprar la voluntad del talento humano requerido para lograr sus victorias, sin tener que participar directamente en el combate al enemigo de clase socio económica que lo adversa; además lograr infiltrar en las filas del enemigo ideológico “los espías y los V columna dentro del Caballo de Troya” para conquistar con efectividad el triunfo que le permite acondicionar a su más vil y forajida voluntad la estructura gubernamental del espacio geográfico dominado por la fuerza bélica militar de diversa categoría y forma; para luego implantar un estamento jurídico que le permita recuperar lo invertido en el transcurso de la guerra, o sea el (Dinero que se utiliza con el fin de lograr futuro aprovechamiento económico).

Pero si el oprimido le gana la guerra al opresor y no procede en tiempos de paz a legislar en función de asegurar el desarrollo de sus capacidades productivas de bienes servicios mediante la planificación y ejecución asertiva de sus áreas prioritarias de producción y productividad autónomas orientadas a satisfacer sus necesidades de alimentación, salud e higiene, educación, seguridad geográfica nacional, la invención y fabricación de variadas manufacturas de bienes y productos de consumo masivo básico, fortalecer o asegurar el desarrollo científico - tecnológico orientado a la explotación racional de sus fuentes minerales naturales, y la subsanación asertiva de sus necesidades sustentables.

Pero si al contrario el oprimido triunfador, permite a través de su estamento jurídico que el “Opresor supuesto derrotado”, sea quien supla sus necesidades de sustentabilidad socio económicas, o las mismas sean satisfechas mediante la obtención de créditos hipotecarios otorgados por entidades financieras foráneas y por los emporios empresariales transnacionales con perversos “Capitales golondrinas” financiados por el capitalismo imperial frígido a través del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), el Banco Mundial (BM), el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) u otras entidades financieras multilaterales; las cuales son propiedad de un reducido grupo de multimillonarios con ideología ultra derechista sionista, que para incrementar sus bienes capitales han implantado en el mundo la ideología económica neo liberal y neo esclavista; han planificado, coordinado, financiado y ejecutado perversas y criminales guerras de IV – V y VI generación, con la supuesta intención de erradicar las dictaduras gobernantes e imponer un “Supuesto sistema democrático pacífico”, cuyos mandatarios sean files cipayos o vasallos defensores mercenarios de sus bastardos interés económicos.

Si el país que con gran sacrificio de vidas humanas ha logrado su “Supuesta independencia y soberanía”; pero no legisla para aprobar leyes orientadas a sancionar fuerte y contundentemente a la terrible corrupción administrativa, los actos de lesa patria y los actos de lesa humanidad, jamás logrará su tan ansiada independencia y soberanía; no legisla para lograr establecer criterios jurídicos que permitan la planificación y ejecución de Políticas de Estado de largo plazo, ajustables de acuerdo a la necesidad de evolución socio económica y científica, que sea posible modificar por el poder político divergente gobernante de turno. Si no se legisla y administra la ley en función de rectorar la adecuada conducta humana y sancionar ejemplarmente la forajida u oprobiosa conducta desadaptada; si no se planifican y ejecutan políticas orientadas a normar positivamente la conducta anárquica de las clases sociales, entonces la independencia y la soberanía nacional, será una permanente utopía y el forajido comportamiento imperial capitalista actuará como el permanente verdugo que atrofiará nuestro deseo de disfrutar de un asertivo y promisor futuro destino venezolano y el resto de los países del planeta tierra hoy dependientes del expoliador potentado neo colonialista.
