Nicolás Maduro Moros, outlaw acting in violation of Public and Private International Law, hamponil political action that is public, notorious and communicational, to the point that in order to achieve his vandalism economic political desires they have agreed with criminal organizations of Colombian drug trafficking and paramilitarism, directed by the CIA, the Southern Command, Álvaro Uribe Vélez, the Colombian Goda oligarchy and the “Titere” government of Iván Duque, accompanied by the unnamed General Sec. Of the OAS, the rest of genuflex right-wing rulers of America and Europe.

As is well known, this ultra-right outlaw coup and its imperial masters, making use of article 350 of the CRBV, when it has agreed to have won elections they have validated the actions of the CNE, but when they lose them, they ignore and disqualify the authorities of that institution that governs the electoral process in our Venezuelan homeland, generating brutal acts of terrorist focal guerrillas, and imploring the outgoing hegemon lord emperor Donald Trump to attack and invade our homeland militarily; All the illegal actions they have assumed to self-proclaim themselves and self-name themselves as Venezuelan government authorities abroad, alleged authority they have used to sell and loot the heritage of the Venezuelan nation abroad, to achieve the boycott and economic blockade, are sufficiently known. to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and mediately inducing its dissociated militancy to recognize the "Guaido Proclaimed Car" as legitimate Pdte. of the Republic, ignoring the governmental legitimacy of the Pdte. Mature and Socialist Revolutionary Process.

And what is established in Chapter III Appointment and Removal of the Rectors or Electoral Rectors ARTICLE 31. “The National Assembly may, either ex officio or at the request of third parties, remove with the favorable vote of at least two thirds of its members to the presidents or the electoral rectors, previous pronouncement of the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice in Plena Hall ”.: also, it was agreed to agree with FEDECAMARAS, FEDECOMERCIO, FEDEINDUSTRIA, FEDEAGRO and other regional and national Chambers of Commerce, the obligation to respect the Constitutional Law of Fair Prices, in order to stop the hyper-inflationary maelstrom that today drastically affects the family's economic income of the economically weak social class; In addition, it is agreed that all political factors whose leadership was elected as a parliamentarian of the National Assembly, will return to said Assembly to meet normally, also the drafting and approval of a document whose content requires the outlaw government of Donald Trump, to suspend the BLOCK AND OTHER ECONOMIC SANCTIONS, unfairly imposed on the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela; Another agreement reached and signed was to carry out the electoral process to elect parliamentarians of the National Assembly at the beginning of the year 2020.

In spite of these historical five peace agreements and three other agreements, the ultra-right political leadership formed by “Popular Will”, “Vente Venezuela”, “CR”, “Alianza Bravo Pueblo” and other ultra rightist reactionary micro organizations and terrorists, systematically refuse to join the "DIALOGUE TABLE FOR ACHIEVING THE POLITICAL AGREEMENT OF NATIONAL PEACE", since the order issued by outlaw Donald Trump and his executive train accompanied by the right-wing Latin American rulers "RASTROGISTAS" genuflexes; because they would only agree to participate in some national economic political solution, if they succeeded in allowing Venezuelan society to allow the outlaw hegemon emperor to violate the CRBV and the law, to preside over the CNE, since only of that They would be able to regain the political economic power, which they lost 21 years ago.
