Without being a specialist in policy matters related to Foreign Relations, I believe that the very aggressive, outlaw and extreme violent reaction of the American rulers in the years that have elapsed since 1990 until now, is due to the fact that the small group of so-called "Neocons" potentates Jewish billionaires of extreme right-wing fascist ideology, with their very powerful "Lobbys" that ideologically control state policy and governance in the USA and the European Union, which are capitalist owners, shareholders of large banking and financial corporations, of the business sectors of the arms, oil, transport, food, pharmaceutical, inter-nautical, agricultural and livestock industries and even production, traffic, transpiration and distribution of psychotropic narcotics, the film industry, television, advertising, the social networks and other means of communication; those 134 billionaire potentates who are members of the so-called "Bilimburg Club"; who with their servile "Think tank", achieved bellically with the close cooperation of servile or vassal rulers with rightist or ultra-rightist ideology, to become the uni hegemonic economic political power which they have called "Hegemonic Power" controller of "Globalization or Village World "that through the Department of the Treasury, the International Monetary Fund IMF and the World Bank World Bank, imposed the inorganic dollar as currency or exchange currency, for the payment or financing of the transactions of the exports and imports of the manufacturing production and other means of money production.

But dear friend, that detractor and apocalyptic capitalist empire that began its dangerous expansion from the year 1948 at the end of World War II, is now slowly losing its great capacity for hegemonic dominance of world mercantile capital, since at the end of the decade of the year In 2000, some Asian and Euro-Asian countries began to strengthen economically, technologically, scientifically and industrially, including Russia and China, countries governed by leaders of progressive socialist thought, who have planned and executed a very advanced sovereign, self-sustaining technological and scientific development. inclusive, within a social philosophical concept in productive economic policies for sustainable development in the very expansive economic growth of the State; But also those now emerging economic powers have managed to expand their endogenous economic growth, which they carry out with assertive and peaceful political action, towards other friendly countries, most of them governed by political leaders of socialist or progressive ideology; those economic and scientific benefits that these emerging economic powers have achieved; They induce it through a foreign relations policy that respects the legal framework that regulates public and private International Law, the Charter of the United Nations and the Rome Statute, complying with the agreements, conventions and resolutions, aimed at respecting the asymmetries of the productive economies of developing countries.

This peaceful policy and very respectful of the jurisprudence that regulates the behavior of humanity and its Fundamental Rights, put into practice by countries that are emerging economic powers, has slowly been assertively advancing with great success in the international framework; Therefore, this generates great nervousness, concern and anguish, to the egocentric capitalist billionaires "Neocons" who order their "Presidential ruling Teethers" to show themselves in the media and personally, rude, aggressive, outlaws, disrespectful and intellectual criminals; because in addition to what I have already described to you, respectable friend; the apocalyptic decadent and desperate capitalist empire, has voraciously consumed their natural mineral resources, which has allowed them that historical boom and economic development, which they have used to be able to sustain themselves as a productive and economic industrial power, for this purpose, they use their very destructive force military warfare, aimed at viciously murdering peaceful and innocent human beings, destroying the economies and productive physical infrastructures of countries whose rulers are not affected by their detractors and very criminal political actions; They use their communication industry to transmit through the inter-nautical social network, the now called FALKE NEWS (False information) and hire unethical and immoral mercenaries of the Law, so that through the corrupted systems of so-called justice , believe the now well known and used LOWFER (fallacious political judgments); All this ill-intentioned criminal ultra-rightist, xenophobic, racist and segregationist criminal fascist political action has the sneaky or shameless support of multilateral organizations such as: The UN and its misnamed Security Council, the OAS, the IACHR, the ICJ, the TIJ and other multilateral organizations financed by the Treasury Department through its various NGOs.

With these new multi-factorial asymmetric warfare strategies, it softens the psyche of the attacked human beings, inducing them to accept silently and with unusual support that the desperate decadent capitalist empire uses after behavioral softening, its very destructive military force; and there is why now the very decimated world population, also victim of an apocalyptic bacteriology pandemic war called COVID 19, planned and executed, by the very desperate, perverse and inhumane outlaw, rude and criminal behavior of the dying but extremely dangerous capitalist empire and his cooperating vassals; for all these reasons and others, it is that "the US rulers in recent decades have assumed such an aggressive and warlike policy in foreign relations"

But the decent humanity of the world will defeat the most dangerous and destructive empire known throughout history.
