Well, if the Legislative and Executive branches, which are also penetrated by organized crime of all kinds, continue to appoint positions to administer the Judicial Branch, the application of justice will never be moral and ethical.
But if the libertarian people elect the judicial authorities, this immoral scourge is minimized.
